Plain Language Summary

FinLit Global gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use our educational platform. We expect fair play: no bots, automation, or cheating systems. Any points, coins, streaks, and virtual rewards have no real-world cash value. Our content is educational and never individualized financial advice.

1. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use FinLit Global for personal, non-commercial financial literacy learning. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute any substantial portion of the service except where applicable law requires otherwise.

2. Prohibited Conduct (Cheating/Bots)

You agree not to abuse gameplay or learning mechanics. Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Using bots, scripts, macros, or automation to complete lessons, quests, or checkpoints.
  • Manipulating app telemetry, scores, streak logic, or challenge outcomes.
  • Creating multiple accounts to farm rewards or evade suspensions.
  • Exploiting bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended mechanics for unfair gain.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts engaged in these actions and remove any associated virtual rewards.

3. No Cash Value for Virtual Assets

In-app coins, points, XP, badges, streaks, skins, and any other virtual assets are licensed digital features only. They are not legal tender, are not bank deposits, and cannot be redeemed for money or monetary equivalents. They may not be transferred, traded, or sold outside the app unless we expressly provide a feature allowing this.

FinLit Global is an educational platform. Content is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute financial, legal, accounting, tax, investment, or insurance advice.
